Money management classes​

This program helps participants develop essential financial skills. Through interactive activities and visual aids, participants learn about the basics of money, income sources, budgeting techniques, smart spending habits, saving strategies, and avoiding financial scams.

Cooking classes​

The Simple & Healthy Foods cooking program teaches individuals to prepare nutritious meals through easy, step-by-step instructions. Over six sessions, participants will learn kitchen safety and basic tool handling while making breakfast items like banana oat pancakes, lunch options such as veggie wraps, dinner dishes like one-pot chicken and rice, and healthy snacks like fruit and yogurt parfaits.

Emotional Regulation Program

This program helps participants develop effective emotional regulation skills to better manage their emotions. Participants learn about the practical strategies for emotional regulation such as mindfulness and relaxation activities, cognitive behavioral strategies, engaging in some physical activities, and self-expression outlets.

Knitting Program

The Knitting Program introduces participants to the craft of knitting through hands-on learning experiences. Starting with an introduction to knitting materials and finished examples, participants learn to identify and handle knitting supplies, master basic stitches, create simple projects like squares or bracelets, and add decorative elements.

Art & Craft Programs

The Art & Craft Programs offer creative expression opportunities for participants through various accessible activities. The step-by-step guide covers sensory painting, clay modeling, fruit collage and paper art, bead and jewelry making, and nature art. Each activity includes adaptations to accommodate different abilities, with a focus on developing creativity, fine motor skills, sensory engagement, and social interaction.

Healthy Relationships & Setting Boundaries

This program teaches people about different types of relationships and how to maintain healthy connections. Participants learn to identify various relationship types, recognize healthy relationship traits, understand and set personal boundaries, say "no" respectfully, practice online safety, and respect others' boundaries.
